Big shout out to MPX for clearing out our reward points at the end of the year with no notice! Led me to search for a better dispensary.In response to ownership: Spoke to an employee yesterday and they had mentioned that others brought up that they didn’t receive the notice either. I get the promotional texts and looked back at all emails with no mention. Regardless, it’s still bad practice to clear all reward points we’ve earned. As mentioned, there’s better dispos close by. Appreciate the response though!

When they first opened they were another cool addition to the dispensary pool that NJ has became. However, with that said the friendly staff and good vibes have started to diminish.The last few times I have went they are either short staffed or everyone is hiding in the back somewhere cause there is only one person working registers. Or there is one person having a thirty minute conversation with a customer at a register, and another person moving slow doing all the work. Long line and short staff I get, but 4 people standing in line for 25 minutes watching multiple employees clock out is crazy. This is after you get past whatever non friendly security guard is working the door. Twice I have became so frustrated standing there waiting, I just walk out once it’s almost my turn lol!When they first opened everyone and everything was great, and now they have lost that spark. In this saturated market, they might want to figure out how to keep customers coming back. Instead of writing long emails such as this…
Very unreliable and inconsistent pricing in hours… When I first started becoming a loyal customer to this location, the prices did not fluctuate as often, the reward system was clear, and the store stuck true to their displayed hours of business however, now they seem to close when they want to, service when they want to, the prices for a simple 3.5 can sometimes double in prices randomly for the same products... I once enjoyed this establishment, however, due to unreliable and inconsistent servicing, I will be spending my money elsewhere.
Miles took care of me when I came into the store not long before close. It was my very first time here. He was very fast and attentive which made for a quick and pleasant experience. 10/10 would come back again!
Why do they take online orders on Xmas eve . That they know there not going sellbecause they automatically get cancel the next day They were closed , I thought they'd fill it once they opened , nope. Post cheap price to entice you,, but no saleTo get you in the store or order something else online. My street weed dealer has more integrity. I won't be back.

Placed a preorder hours ahead of time then made a 30 minute drive just to be told they dont place preorders aside so they sold it and I was out of luck, they wouldnt price match and didnt offer any solution besides to spend more money. Also was told my account wasnt collecting points and had no answer. Go elsewhere theres cheaper better dispensaries all over

Pennsauken is hit or miss and it sucks bc they text a coupon and I went in but the guy at checkout was not trying to help at all while other workers were helping people so if you get the little miserable dude with the dreds, let the next person go in front of you.

New Jersey allows medical marijuana cards from all states with medical marijuana programs. Out-of-state patients can partake in the New Jersey marijuana program for up to six months when they visit. Patients are allowed to possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower......except this store...had my fl medical card and showed them and still got denied... employee said that their GM knows more than me since he has his card too ....bad place for anyone just visiting....find Rise dispensary down a little further.... they will take you in

Go here maybe once a month or once every two. Never have a problem, staff is always ready to help, lines are never too long, product is good. Juliana helped me this time and was pleasant, got me in and out quickly. Recommend
Prices go up literally every time I go. Used to be the best spot for deals but if they increase their prices any more I’ll be going somewhere else

I've been here twice now - 1st time, everything went smoothly, but sadly, the 2nd visit wasn't as streamlined. Several customers were waiting in line ahead of me since they only had 2 budtenders working. They clearly needed additional help.Advice to the owners - please hire additional folks to help out 🙏🏻

Probably the best dispensary I have ever been too. Great prices, great deals, GREAT PRODUCT, and what I love the most is the staff here. Pete, Keith, Miles, Tanner, Aiden, Reggie, Julianna, Joe, John, Derek, Alex, Julie (in no specific order) are ALL so personable, very knowledgeable, consistent with their great service and product. They are all so much fun to watch how they all interact with each other, and work great as a team. Every time I come into this dispensary the vibe is so positive and welcoming rather than simply transactional. My favorite dispensary to go to! If you are looking for a place, STOP AND GO HERE ! You won’t regret it!
Super nice and clean facility! The giant kiosk screens are something to adjust to but nothing unpleasant to use. There's a great selection to choose from all with reasonable pricing for New Jersey, and the staff are all incredibly nice and willing to help out if needed. Tanner helped me check out and big shout out to him for being great all around. Definitely recommend this little gem of a place!
My go-to spot for the past six months. Almost every interaction and transaction has been great. The customer service is top notch and twice within the past six weeks I’ve had employees alert me to deals and specials I had no idea about (today Miles told me about birthday rewards, which I wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of if he hadn’t recommended to sign up.)Overall great place. When I first walked in I was greeted by security and customer service staff. They were very helpful with getting me started as it was my first time there. Inside the bud area they had huge monitors to place your order plus staff to assist with any questions or concerns. Once I placed my order I was greeted by Reginald. Reginald was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. His colleague behind the counter was very helpful, jumping in without request to help find my profile. The discounts and perks are top notch. They’re in-house products like Melting Point Extracts and Anthology are great quality for less money than their competitors. I highly recommend MPX. They are my new go to Dispensary. 😁
