Register to Shop at MPX NJ
Once a patient is licensed from the New Jersey Medicinal Cannabis Program (MCP), patients must register with each of their chosen dispensaries prior to purchasing medical marijuana products. Registering with MPX NJ is easy!
Complete the form below to register as a patient with MPX NJ. Our easy online registration allows you to upload images of your identification so that we can enter you right into our system. Once you have submitted your registration form, go ahead and place your first order.

All REGISTERED CAREGIVERS must register with MPX NJ separately. This can be done in our dispensaries.
We do not have an online registration for Registered Caregivers at this time.
